Why the Wagars are what they are

Dont make life harder than it has to be..

1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.

2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Buy a lock if you have to.

3. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement,
'My purpose for today is: ________ '

4. Eat more foods that grow on plants, and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.

5. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, almonds & walnuts.

6. Try to make at least three people smile each day.

7. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

8. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge card.

9. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

10. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

11. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

12. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

13. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.

14. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

15. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

16. Frame every so-called disaster with these words: 'In five years, will this matter?'

17. Forgive everyone for everything.

18. What other people think of you is none of your business.

19. GOD heals almost everything. . . and He can heal everything if it's in His plan. We just need to trust His bigger picture.

20. However good or bad a situation is -- it will change.

21. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch!!!

22. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.

23. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements:

'I am thankful for _____.' AND 'Today I accomplished______.'

24. Remember that you are Too blessed to be stressed.

Oh my goodness I have forever tried to figure out how to contact you or comment you, and I finally figure it out. I stopped using this Blogger thing along time ago, I have a Myspace and that is what I use. But I have this page of yours on my favs and look like every other day. I absoultly love keeping up to date on your sweet family. and I have to just tell u, when I need inspiration and just perspective and to find God in my life that can be sometimes a whirl wind that I forget to take time for Him...when I look at your page and I see ..........you and Travis and Nalia....I instantly see God...I instantly then look at my kids and my husband and can see God....I actually had the best ever talk with my brother the other day and he told me about how him and travis pray for eachother, and I told him that I know that in my life time I will never meet another more real more loving down to earth more full of Gods real love couple then you and Travis, and I just seriously look up to you too and soooooooooo wish I had what u too have and I know thats awful and not right, but I just mean that Nalia is so lucky to have two parents that love God....I just pray Randy will one day find that LOVE....you guys are so awsome, I'm sitting her bawling.... I'm just so overwelmingly coming back to God and its been along time and I just really wanted to tell u that you and your blog are a huge inspiration for me......

to think when I first met you, you were soooo uncomfortable holding a kid, it was hillarious, they were so foreign and weird to you, now you are the most motherly looking natural mother I have ever seen. Your daughter is sooooo lucky to have u.

I'm sorry to ramble so much...I just think its important to let people that impact your life know how much they really mean, and you TRUELY have impacted mine.

Love you guys!
